About Me

Hi, I’m Jackie Garrido.
I work with capable, driven professionals who feel stuck in patterns they can’t fully explain—like anxiety, burnout, overthinking, or self-sabotage.
People who know what to do… but find themselves not doing it.
People who are responsible, capable, and self-aware—but internally, something doesn’t feel aligned.
I understand that experience—because I’ve lived it.
My path into this work didn’t start with hypnotherapy.
It started with my own search for answers.
Over the course of more than a decade, I explored different approaches to health and wellness—trying to understand why certain patterns persist, even when you’re doing everything “right.”
What I discovered is that many of the challenges people face are not logical problems.
They are patterns stored and driven at the subconscious level.
And until that level is accessed, real change remains out of reach.
That realization is what led me to clinical hypnotherapy.
I became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), regulated by the state of Utah, and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
I also hold an MBA and PMP® certification, with a background in structured, high-performance environments.
That combination allows me to approach this work differently:
With both precision and depth.
My work is not about giving advice, analyzing your situation, or teaching coping strategies.
It’s about helping you access and resolve the underlying pattern that’s driving the issue.
Because what feels like multiple problems—anxiety, burnout, overthinking, self-sabotage—is often the same pattern expressing itself in different ways.
When that pattern is resolved at the subconscious level, change doesn’t have to be forced.
It happens naturally.
My role is not to tell you what’s wrong or how to fix yourself.
It’s to guide you—clearly and intentionally—so you can understand what’s happening internally and resolve it in a way that feels real and lasting.
The process is structured, but not rigid.
Focused, but not overwhelming.
And always centered around your own internal experience.
